Please do not use the website or Calendly to send emergency information, detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, or other information that is not necessary to schedule a consultation.

Website hosting and technical service providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, access times, requested pages, and security or diagnostic logs. Kavana does not currently place its own advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this website.

Information collected through Calendly

Consultation scheduling is provided through Calendly. When you use Calendly, Kavana receives the information you submit for the purpose of arranging and preparing for your consultation. Calendly also processes information under its own Privacy Notice, including information relating to its booking page, cookies, and connected scheduling services.
